Paul Wilson, P.E. has been a licensed engineer since 2003 and has been working in the southcentral Pennsylvania area since 1998.  He has served as a Township Engineer for various municipalities dating back to 2005, and currently serves as Township Engineer for three municipalities in Cumberland County.  In addition to municipal services, he has extensive background in stormwater and E&S design, subdivision and land development plans, stream work permitting, construction site inspection, and has served as a 3rd party expert witness on stormwater during litigation.  Additionally, he provides zoning assistance and CAD (drafting) work on an as needed basis, and has prepared and collaborated on new Zoning Ordinances and Subdivision Land Development Ordinances.

Paul grew up and went to both high school and college locally.  During his career, he's worked for larger area-wide and nationwide engineering firms, along with a smaller local firm, and has worked on projects all across the state of Pennsylvania, as well as in Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and New York.  He always enjoyed working on a more local scale and getting to know the clients better to understand what they really wanted and needed.

After over 21 years of working for other firms, Paul started Wilson Engineering & Consulting LLC in April 2020.  The company is geared towards working with smaller municipalities and individual landowners, business owners, and small contractors - people and communities that might be overlooked by larger firms looking for big dollar projects.  Paul has personally gone through the zoning variance, subdivision, and building permit processes himself, and so has a unique perspective on the stresses that these place on individuals.
